Sometimes optimisation isn't enough. You need to change the structure.
The Challenge
For around 18 months, Euka Future Learning's programmatic activity ran through a single national campaign structure. It was delivering, but treating Australia as one market meant state and territory-level differences in opportunity and audience behaviour were being absorbed into national averages, limiting what we could see and do.
The Approach
In July 2026 we rebuilt the programmatic architecture from the ground up, separating display and video activity by state and territory so each market could be managed against its own objectives, audience behaviour and performance signals rather than applying the same decisions nationally.
The Result
The impact on media delivery was immediate. Display CPMs that had reached three to four times current levels under the national structure came down significantly under the state-based approach. It remains early for conversion data, but the new architecture is already producing stronger market-level signals and more responsive investment decisions.
Better optimisation starts with better architecture.
“Seven-75 brings a level of strategic thinking that goes well beyond simply managing campaigns. Greg is constantly looking at how the media can be structured better, what the data is actually telling us and where we can make meaningful improvements. He understands our business, challenges the way we do things when he sees a better opportunity and gives us the confidence that our media is continually evolving.”
